Stopped cooking - TM6
« on: May 16, 2023, 10:17:29 am »
Hi everybody- we have a TM6  and it’s fabulous

Had a problem this evening using COOKIDOO - all going well and about half way through and all stopped

I could not proceed with “next” and as it was our dinner I opened Cookidoo on my iPad to finish manually

Just cleaned up and Cookidoo works perfectly- is this to be expected ?

There are no codes or advises on screen - everything now works perfectly

Would appreciate your opinion - my family bought three TM6 and traded in a TM31 - never had any trouble and the TM6’s are only two months old and used daily in our homes

Regards

Peter

Peter, definitely not normal. Is there any chance your internet dropped out while you were cooking? Otherwise I'd chat to your consultant and or Thermomix. I have a 6 and love it dearly I also have a 31 and a 5.

We are mainly people who cook on here. I hope you've had a look at some our delicious recipes. When I bought my 31 many, many years ago I learnt to do so much more using this forum.

Welcome by the way.  Let us know how you get on.
May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.
